On August 3 of this year as the day progressed it became apparent to me that Blue was not his usual self. By evening I was quite concerned about him and by 2:30 AM we were on our way to the central all night vetrinary clinic. Reason Blue was not able to pass water.
At the clinic after a fairly fast examination, 1 x-ray and lightening my wallet by approx. $CA 230.00 their diagnosis was emergency surgery to the tune of $CA 2,200.00 . Living on a disability pension myself that was well beyond my reach – so what to do.
